Here’s is this years update so far.

I will be in Hong Kong in late April for the launching of the new Ron Holland / MCC 147' (45m) Explorer Motor Yacht MARCO POLO. Please let me know if this vessel is of interest.

In May, I’m off to a meeting in London with a client regarding a proposal for a major re-fit of a 170' expedition vessel.

Before returning to Fort Lauderdale, there will be a weekend visit to Ireland to help Ron Holland celebrate his 'major milestone birthday'. After the 'birthday bash', when heads are clear, Ron and I will be sitting down to discuss the proposed 142' (43m) ‘fast’ sailing yacht they are working on for an American client.

The first months of 2007 have been very busy for me, with 2 charters completed and the sale of two motor yachts, one of 86’ in length and another of 63’.

A new listing has also been secured; an MCA Certified, Mangusta 86’ Raised Pilot-house Motor Yacht. She is a 4 stateroom vessel in excellent condition and is also available for Charter in the Med this summer, if unsold. She is presently under-going a re-fit in Ft. Lauderdale. With two full beam Master Staterooms and separate dining room, she is a ‘special’ boat at a ‘special’ price. Presently asking US$2.1million, I feel a deal can be struck on this vessel right now! The client is interested in purchasing a larger vessel for charter.

With power projects from 63’ to 170’ underway this year and sailing projects from 73’ to 142’, either sold or being discussed, I am ‘in the loop’ with a wide range of vessels at the moment.
