We employ dedicated yachtsmen and mariners. Our chief broker, Wayne Helms, was born and reared in south Texas, where after many years as an avid sailor he entered the yachting business in 1980 as a brokerage owner and new-boat builder and importer of mega yachts from Taiwan, Turkey, France, and Italy. He currently works as a consultant on many custom and new-build projects here and abroad. 
We place ourselves primarily in the position of Buyers Advocates for our clients. Our commitment to finding the right 'fit' for a buyer is at the core of our approach to yacht brokerage. We consider that focus paramount to our efforts.
Ocean Yachting International has moved from being a brokerage-house based on the Internet and World-wide web focused on large mega yachts for sale, to combining those elements with more conventional dealings. In our search for the proper mega yacht for sale for our client, we travel to any location to inspect the vessel on your behalf. While on location we photograph the megayacht for sale and email the photographs to you, making sure to report the negative as well as the positive. We interview the crew for information pertaining to the vessel and the possibility of them remaining with the mega yacht during ownership transition. All such approved travel expenses paid by buyer will be fully reimbursed at sale closing.
