Accommodations Inside the new yacht you will find a modern interior. A welcoming and comfortable environment for the owner and guests.  Main deck will house the formal dining and salon areas with access to the aft and side deck areas that will have further exterior seating. At the forward end there is the fully enclosed bridge area with captain's cabin.  A spiral staircase, located just to the rear of the mast, leads down to the guest cabins via a central lobby area on the accommodation deck.  A discreet separte crew stairway has been incorporated from the pantry, offering access to the galley, laundry, and service areas. Towards the rear of the yacht are accommodation for eight people. A fully width owner's stateroom, with two en-suite bathrooms, and a doorway to access two twin berth guest en-suite cabins. A further en-suite double cabin is situate slightly further forward on the starboard side. Crew Quarters At the forward end, eight crew can be accommodated, in three en-suite bunkbed cabins plus the Captain's cabin on the main deck. A large laundry, galley, and crew mess compete the area.  Features Distinctive features include a long main deck superstucture with a spacious flybridge, a garage for tenders with swim platform, aft terrace on the main deck, and a spacious yet high perfomance hull designed using the most sophisticated methods. A fully carbon-fiber cutter-style rig, with hydraulic controls and captive winches; the sail yacht has an area of 880sq meters. Flybridge 60 foot fly-bridge, where the main steering ad sail control systems are located. Plenty of informal seating and sun bathing areas can be found. Hull Below the hull, is a pneumatically operated dagger-board offers the flexibilty of deep or shallow draught cruising. The dagger-board extends from 3.4m draught when raised down to 6.85m fully extended. Engine /Mechanical Equipment The twin engines and twin generators are located in the engine room aft of the accommodation area, with direct access to side deck and aft garage. Tenders From a discreet position on the foredeck, a 19ft dinghy can be launched via crane, whereupon this space doubles as a plunge pool. At the stern a large hydraulic door opens to become a swimming platform, whilst a large under deck garage stores an additional dinghy, jet-skis, scuba equipment and other fun and safety related equipment.
